As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Lincoln Property Company consistently places a high priority on creating projects that meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) standards.
Several current developments illustrate Lincoln’s commitment to sustainable projects.

The second is a build-to-suit for Bank of America Corporation. Lincoln is currently under construction on 1 Bank of America Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, which have been registered with the USGBC. 1 Bank of America Center located in Downtown Charlotte, North Carolina is a 750,000 SF 30 story Office tower that delivers in July 2010. It is a candidate for the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard for new construction.
Lastly, Lincoln has nearly 1,000,000 square feet of planned LEED projects in its pipeline.
A task force has been created to consistently monitor advanced techniques and new equipment which will enable Lincoln to remain in the forefront of sustainable development and conversion.
